CycleFit is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CycleFit. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

- Use the app respectfully and follow community guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse CycleFit, including but not limited to submitting abusive or illegal content, attempting to breach security, or reverse engineering the service.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Digital content and subscriptions offered in the app are charged via in-app purchase on iOS, and may be offered via other compliant methods on the web. All purchases are subject to the platform’s terms and refund policies.
7. Data & Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your data. We do not sell your data and do not use your health data for advertising.
8. AI & Third-party Services
Some features are powered by AI (e.g., OpenAI). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own model training, advertising, or marketing. We use these services only to provide features that directly benefit you within CycleFit.
